TownePlace Suites Houston Brookhollow

The clerk was very welcoming and nice. Made sure I knew exactly where to go and even tried walking to my room.

This hotel was in a a great location to get on and off the highway, but was a bit of a ways from downtown Houston. My room was nice, but the staff was even greater. Every host at the front desk that I encountered was extremely friendly and made my stay that much more pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean which was a good sign. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Large room with a comfortable large bed. Helpful and kind staff. Plenty of parking space. Ideal for a short stay in the area, not that far from the international airport (IAH).

The room was very nice and cozy. The customer service was excellent.
